About Brinkela
My name is Brinkela Gjokaj, and for nearly a decade, Ashtanga yoga and Pilates have been integral parts of my life. I’ve had the privilege of delving deeply into these practices through multiple teacher trainings and numerous trips to India, gaining a profound appreciation for their challenging yet beautiful nature. This journey has not only allowed me to grow as a student but also shaped me into a teacher dedicated to empowering others.
In my classes, I prioritize safety and alignment, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my students. I believe that yoga and Pilates are accessible practices for everyone, regardless of age or experience, and I’m passionate about helping each student progress toward their individual goals. Whether guiding them through the Ashtanga series or a Pilates workout, I ensure a supportive environment where proper technique is emphasized, allowing for steady, safe growth.
If you're ready to experience the transformative benefits of these practices, join me for a class where your well-being and success are my top priorities. Let’s embark on this journey together, exploring the strength, flexibility, and inner peace that yoga and Pilates can bring.
