Join us for a Mysore style Ashtanga yoga class and deepen your practice with Brinkela. Our morning classes run Monday to Friday from 6:30-9:00am, and we also offer evening classes on Monday and Thursday from 16:00-18:00pm, as well as every Sunday from 7:30-10:00am. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we welcome you to practice at your own pace and receive guidance from our teacher Brinkela.

Ashtanga Intro to Beginners Course! This is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga and help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Our experienced instructor, Brinkela, will guide you through each pose and provide modifications to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in your practice. Join us every Monday at 19:30-20:45 and every Thursday at 17:15-18:45pm and discover the transformative power of Ashtanga yoga!

Ashtanga  Half Led

Guided class through Half Primary series of Ashtanga Yoga! This class is perfect for students who are practicing primary series up to navasana, as well as beginners who want to learn more about this style of. Our slower pace and detailed explanations will help you deepen your practice and improve your alignment. Join us as we lead you through the sequence up to navasana, followed by backbends and finishing sequence. This class is every Tuesday from 19:30-20:45pm

Ashtanga  Full Led

Join us every Saturday from 08:00-09:30am for a challenging class designed for those who can do til standing, Navasana or the full primary. The class is structured in a way that allows everyone to practice at their own pace. If you need to stop at standing or Navasana, you can start the finishing postures on your own and exit the room when you're done. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
